I'm a new patient and they got me in within a week of me calling. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the facility was very clean and modern without feeling too clinical. The hygienist explained everything well and Dr. Lance was very honest about the state of my teeth as I need a lot of work done. I was provided with an estimate for my next view visits so I can plan accordingly. Overall I had a really great experience and will keep coming back.

I have been to multiple Dentist in Allendale and have decided to make Grand Valley Dentistry my dental home. Everything was great from start to finish I couldn't be more pleased with my visit. They made it feel like I was visiting friends and not the dentist.

My hygienist, Felicia Z always does an amazing job!!! She is very thorough. The office is very comfortable offering coffee/water along with a kids T.V and adult T.V.

They are great. Very nice people! If you don’t have dental insurance, they do not offer payment plans so be prepared to pay up front and in full. I’ve been going here for all my dental work for 2 years and have always had good experiences.

Grand Valley Dentistry was great! They were able to see me last minute. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, everyone was happy and pleasant.

I recently visited Grand Valley Dentistry twice for an examination and cleaning, and was thoroughly impressed. I was assigned to Dr. Garcia for my first visit, he explained my treatment plan clearly and ensured I was comfortable at every step. My hygienist, Amy, was gentle yet thorough, and my teeth have never felt cleaner! The whole staff was very warm and efficient, making my visit super comfortable. I’m so glad I found this place! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Shout out to the front office and dental assistant for taking good care of me.

Dr. Diego Garcia Ortega (aka Dr GO)is hands down the most anxiety-conscious and understanding dentist I’ve ever met and brings great vibes. He’s kind, patient, and never makes you feel judged— no matter how long it’s been since your last visit. His assistant Cara is super helpful and caring, and Felicia, my hygienist , is gentle and makes cleanings a breeze. The whole team is professional and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you just want a dentist who truly cares.

It had been about 20 years since I'd been treated by a dentist. I needed a lot of work, but I was not shamed for it. Office environment was very nice, I was seen promptly, and the entire staff was very friendly and supportive! I was seen by Dr. Doug and was very impressed by him. He also told me my tooth was stubborn like me and it made me laugh. I'm very pleased with my choice of office and dentist. I would recommend Grand Valley Dentistry and Dr. Doug to anyone! ☺️

Just had my consult today exploring the possibility of obtaining upper arch implants. Everyone from receptionist, to Jessica the assistant that worked with me, to Dr. Dehene, were very friendly, personable, professional, thorough & non-judgmental! It was refreshing! I came away with the information I needed. General office area was also welcoming & comfortable. I highly recommend you check this practice out.

Quality care and an excellent staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was able to easily book my appointment and be seen quickly.

Ari (sp?) kept me relaxed and laughing throughout the whole visit and really helped with my anxiety.

Staff was great to work with, Dr Doug and Ari were very personable, made sure he was totally comfortable and took excellent care of my boyfriend. They were funny and kept him entertained through an extraction. They were very informative! Thank you for a great experience.

I have not been to a dentist in many years. In fact, I sat in the parking lot for fifteen minutes trying to talk myself out of it. These guys are so friendly. The dentist is so professional and explained everything thoroughly. My assistant really took her time and did such a good job! The technology in this office is also very impressive. Would highly recommend!

We have had such a good experience with this office! Our hygienist Cassie makes you feel right at home when she’s taking care of you for your visit. I often have my children with me that she is always great at entertaining and accommodating. If you’re looking for a down to earth person for all your dental care needs Cassie is your girl! Phenomenal experience today with Dr Go, and huge shout out to Ari! She made my temporary crowns so good im getting compliments on my new teeth and they’re not even my permanents haha! 5 Star experience today, appreciate the GVD team!
